About Shane Schumann

Born and raised in Albuquerque, I was immersed in the world of real estate from a young age—my father was a home builder here, and I grew up with a front-row seat to the ins and outs of the industry. Now, as a licensed real estate agent, I’m proud to carry that legacy forward by helping others find their place in our community.

In addition to real estate, I’m a husband and father of three as well as a sports performance coach for high school athletes. My background has always centered around helping others reach their goals, and I bring that same mindset to every client interaction.
